Here's your opportunity - let us do some good!
Hosanna Helps is a community group focused on meeting the practical needs of people within our church family. Maybe someone needs help moving, a small repair around the house, some yard work, a meal delivered, or simply an extra set of hands. We are here to help. We sometimes mistake ourselves thinking ministry is only what happens during a church service, or that you need to be ordained to minister at all. You, the follower of Christ, have a precious and high call to one another - to actively bear burdens (Gal 6:2), to use the gifts given you to serve one another (1 Pet 4:10), and to imitate our Lord in washing another's feet (John 13:14-15)
If you have some time on Sundays and a willingness to serve, come join us! You don't need any special skills - just a desire to serve and action Christ. Together, we'll put Galatians 6:10 into practice, bear one another's burdens, and show the love of Christ.
Group start time will vary each week (never before 3pm), but we'll be meeting at the church for a quick devotional, prayer, and then be sent out from there. I'm trying to limit each commitment to ~2hrs per person (travel time included), but there will be fluxations.
